so come monday cleaning up, the Chinese tea tasting experience got me thinking and i set off on a few pots of the new Nepali oolong tea samples…
lovely golden colour and a smooth, fragrant taste..
the last tasty dregs…more bitey than the first couple with the tannins now making an appearance…
golden, cloudy clearing to fine….tasty steeps all, later shared with my sis and her partner. .. ..thumbs up all round…cool… (plus another few during @ThreeDRadio this morn…not a one cup show today)
