Organic Jasmine Dragon Pearl Green Tea (Mo Li Long Zhu Hua Cha)
This is a wonderful quality Yunnan green tea, carefully picking one bud with one leaf and one bud with two leaves in late March and careful rolling them into “dragon pearls” and flavoured with fresh Jasmine flowers. (in late May or early June, when Jasmine flowers bloom in Guangxi province.) A lengthy and difficult process resulting in a quality of product far superior to those using synthetic essences.
Dry the balls are fragrant and beautiful and the tea liquor is light yellow, smooth, sweet, and viscous with the long lingering fragrance of jasmine flowers.
